Hdd Externe Plus Reconnu

Bonjour,

 

Pour planter le décor, je possède un QNAP TS-220 qui me suffit amplement.

Il y a quelques mois, je lui ai collé un HDD externe WD My Passport de 2To pour sauvegarder de façon hebdomadaire des fichiers que je veux avoir à dispo sur un support amovible.

 

Jusqu'à maintenant, cela se passait à merveille, sauvegardes automatiques, HDD qui se met en veille quand pas utiliser, bref, rien à dire.

Puis j'ai fait la MàJ du firmware, donc reboot, comme d'habitude, sans penser à "réveiller" le HDD ou à l'éjecter avant la procédure, mais bon, pas sûr que ce soit grave.

 

Quoi qu'il en soit, maintenant, mon HDD n'apparait plus nul part ! J'ai reçu un beau mail d'erreur, comme quoi le disque externe n'est pas connecté.

Je l'ai branché sur un autre port USB = rien

Je l'ai branché sur mon PC = fonctionne parfaitement

Je le rebranche sur le NAS = rien ...

 

Avez vous une idée ? Le disque fonctionne parfaitement, mais plus du tout reconnu par le NAS ...

À partir de quelle version êtes vous passé et quelle est votre version actuelle du logiciel?

 

Ce que je ferais en premier...serait de commencer par redémarrer le nas (à partir de la page d'administration) sans le disque externe puis de le rebrancher à nouveau une fois le nas bien démarré (deuxième bip).

J'ai toujours été à jour, donc je suis actuellement à la version 4.1.1 et j'étais à la version juste précédente avant de faire la mise à jour.

J'ai déjà tenté le coup du redémarrage puis de rebrancher le disque dur une fois la procédure complète effectuée, malheureusement

Mettez à jour votre version actuelle vers la 4.1.2 qui est disponible pour votre modèle. Il y a une longue liste d'améliorations et de corrections de 'bugs'. Peut-être que cela va aider. Sinon demandez au support...ils sont au courant pour ce genre de problème. Ils pourront aller plus vite qu'ici. Car, à part le pilote du nas qui serait en cause je ne vois pas d'autre (hypothétique) coupable.

- Guests cannot download photos from a public, shared album (a 401 unauthorized error message will appear.)
- When uploading a large number of files to an iSCSI volume, the iSCSI connection will fail.
- The NAS will reboot automatically after large files (larger than 850G) are removed in File Station.
- The time on the QTS desktop freezes after the user-defined daylight saving time.
- The system fails to wake from S3 sleep mode.
- The Check File System function fails after CloudLink is installed.
- The title bar of the QTS window will disappear if the Turbo NAS is configured for a specific time zone (GMT+1)

Au temps pour moi, je suis bien en 4.1.2 ... Désolé pour l'erreur, j'avais justement l'habitude de la 4.1.1.

 

Mais je crois que je vais en effet faire appel au support QNAP, car je ne vois vraiment pas ce qui peut clocher du jour au lendemain ...

Si on m'apporte les réponses nécessaires, je ne manquerai pas d'en faire part ici.

Réponse rapide du service client.

La MàJ 4.1.2 contient un bug apparemment lié aux HDD de la marque Western Digital.

 

Un correctif est en cours de validation et devrait être disponible avant la fin du mois

 

Donc tout devrait rentrer dans l'ordre rapidement !

Merci pour la réponse car moi aussi j'ai eu le excatement le même problème que 3VG4 ne reconnait plus mon HDD ext western digital. Je suis rassuré en espérant qu'il ne tarde pas trop car je fais toute mes sauvgarde en double sur ce HDD

Cela confirme le retour que m'a fait le support.

A priori le problème est réellement inhérent aux HDD Western Digital ...

 

On m'a assuré que la MàJ sortirait avant la fin du mois, j'espère également que ce sera bien le cas.
