Pb Bizarre Avec Mon Nas Ts-859

J'ai de plus en plus de problèmes avec mon NAS TS-859 (Version 3.6.1 build 0302T)

Le démarrage du NAS est très très long (plus de 3h) alors qu'avant le démarrage prenait quelques minutes.

L'afficheur reste bloqué sur le démarrage des services...

J'ai l'impression qu'il y a un problème au niveau des disques ou du RAID 6 (sur 6 disques) mais je n'arrive pas à trouver.

fnotify est utilisé par des applications type Python etc. il y en a donc une qui "balaye" les partages Download , et cyril, et ne s'y retrouve pas ...

cela peut venir :

d'une application ... pyload, etc. un QPKG

d'un problème disque "en cours" d'apparition

regardez les statistiques SMART, faites un file check (vérification du (des) raid puis un balayage des disques (secteur)

arrêtez les QPKG et regardez si au reboot cela recommence ...

postez une demande de support avec votre trace vers le support QNAP.

Effectivement, il y a un backup vers un disque USB qui semble ne pas fonctionner pour les partages "Download" et "Cyril".

Mais ce problème est nouveau !

Avant, j'avais déjà le problème lié au démarrage super long.

j'ai lancé une vérification du RAID, il est toujours à 0% depuis 3h...

Puis-je sauvegarder TOUT le système, formater TOUT le NAS et restaurer TOUS les paramètres (utilisateurs, partages, services activés, ...) ?

Si vous ne pouvez faire de diagnostique plus précis ... et que la vérification du Raid n'avance pas, oui il faudra y penser

... peut-être si la vérification n'avance pas , après un reboot, essayez de scan les blocs des disques, puis de réessayer la vérification ...

... regardez quand même si la ram n'est pas "rempli" (commande df)

... faites un sauvegarde des paramètres (interface web), une sauvegarde des données si ce n'est fait, essayer une réinstallation du MÊME firmwrae, au cas ou le problème viendrait d'un altération d'un fichier système.

... Perso. je sauvegarde aussi le répertoire /etc/config (en vrai /mnt/HDA_ROOT/.config) au cas ou j'oublierai un paramètre ...

... envisagez une réinstallation complète (init) avec formatage

Mais avez-vous eu un contact avec le support pour qu'il jette un œil dans votre système ?

En fait, je suis trop débutant pour trouver l'origine de mon problème

Le test rapide des disque n'indique pas de problème (programmé quotidiennement).

Le test complet n'indique rien non plus (programmation hebdomadaire), le test de cette semaine est en cours depuis 2h du matin ...

Le test Raid semble n'avoir rien trouvé d'anormal.

La RAM est utilisé à 81%

Donc, il faut se tourner vers un probléme software ...

Listez vos QPKG mettez en Disable ceux qui lance un shell cela se voit en listant le fichier /etc/config/qpkg.conf )

rebootez et voyez si cela change quelque chose ...

Sinon, appel au support, préparer une session "ouverte" ssh sur le QNAP ou teamviewer sur un de vos PC que le support puisse analyser vos problémes ... donc créer une demande de support ... attention +6 ou +7 Heure à Taïwan

OUPS message netre temps ... oui, à priori c’est le swap du disque sdf donc, si ils sont montés dans l'ordre le 6 em.

... il y a un raid1 du swap (en fait toutes les partitions des disques Part. 1 2 et 4 sont en Raid1 (transparent)) seules les partitions 3 sont concernés par le Raid "visible"

Ce qui est anormal c'est que cela ralentisse le système, car normalement il le met en off et utilise les autres .

là le support si vous n'avez pas les compétences, peut "enlever" du raid1 la partition 2 du disque 6 (commande mdadm) pour le passer en remove ou en fail puis remove ...

Autre solution, après backup des données importantes ... changer le disque (lire la procédure, optimiser le rebuild pour réduire le temps de reconstruction)

Mais je répète que ce qui m'embête c'est bien qu'il y ai eu énorme ralentissement ... normalement vos messages sont explicites et donne un action par le Linux du QNAP immédiate (les chiffres sont le timestamp (marquage d'heure) depuis le boot (en division de secondes) ... donc le délai entre l'erreur et l'isolation est très court ...

Je vais donc attendre le retour du support... pour demain maintenant...

Pour le ralentissement, c'est uniquement lors de l'allumage ou du reboot.

Le NAS est disponible assez rapidement via l'interface Web mais les fichiers ne sont accessible qu'après plusieurs heures.

Le système a besoin de beaucoup de temps pour comprendre qu'il y a un problème avec le Disque 6 ?

Autre question que je me pose, pourquoi je n'arrive pas à sauvegarder 2 de mes partages ?
